How It Works: 3 Steps to a Live Bot

Step 1: Sign up & join Discord

Create a Clawship account (Google OAuth or email). On the deploy page, you'll see the free plan option. Click it, and you'll be prompted to connect your Discord account and join the Clawship server.

This is a one-time step. Once your Discord is linked, you're permanently unlocked.

Step 2: Create a Telegram bot

Open Telegram, search for @BotFather, and create a new bot. Copy the bot token — it looks like 123456:ABC-DEF1234ghIkl-zyx57W2v1u123ew11.

Paste that token into the Clawship deploy wizard along with your AI model API key (e.g., your Anthropic key for Claude).

Step 3: Deploy

Hit deploy. Clawship spins up a shared container, configures your Telegram channel, and your bot goes live — typically in under 30 seconds.

Open Telegram, message your bot, and watch it respond. That's it. Live AI assistant, zero cost.

What's Included in the Free Plan

Notice what's not limited: the AI model. You bring your own API key, which means you can use Claude Opus, GPT-4o, Gemini, or even a local Ollama model — on the free plan. The quality of your bot is up to you, not your billing tier.
